A native of Delta State with her qualifications MBBS Ibadan June 1979, FWACP Nig. October, 1986. She joined the services in the Department on 26^th September, 1987. She is a Pulmonologist with vast teaching experience and many publications. She is a mentor who is at the bar of her scale.
