Mr. Jelman Benjamin Gik was born in Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State, Nigeria. His academic journey stated at LEA Primary School Kerang in Mangu LGA of Plateau State before proceeding to Government Secondary School Kerang and holds NCE in College of Education Gindiri all in Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State. He holds a Bachelor of Science Education (B.Sc. Ed) in Economics Education and currently undergoing his Master of Science (M.Sc. Ed) degree in economics all from the prestigious University of Jos, Nigeria. He has written several articles in a reputable Journal both within and outside Nigeria. His hobbies include writing, reading and volley Ball. Mr. Benjamin is married to Mrs. Justina Benjamin and the Marriage is blessed with two children namely Rinkinan and Dyenkinan. He works in LEA Primary School Kerang, Mwagahvul Community Secondary School Kerang, and Jos University Primary School and in Directorate of Students Affair’s both in University of Jos, Nigeria. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Social Science Education (Economics Education Unit), Faculty of Education, University of Jos, Nigeria.
