Adeniyi , is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as a Lecturer II in the Department of Animal Production at the University of Jos, Nigeria. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Technology from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Food Science and Technology from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta. With a career spanning several years, he has excelled in various academic roles, contributing significantly to the field of Food science and Animal Production. As a Lecturer, he teaches and collaborates on research, continually expanding the department's knowledge base. Previously, he served as a Research Technologist at the same institution, supporting research activities and guiding project students. His expertise extends to industrial experience, where he worked as an Assistant Quality Control Officer. His commitment to quality assurance, inspection, and supervision has made him an invaluable asset in ensuring safe and high-quality production processes.
