RESEARCH INTEREST

Assoc. Professor Joel J Gongden research interests lie in the application of Green synthesis and chemical principles toward solving chemical, environmental and other interdisciplinary problems for a sustainable environment and future. My research has encompassed many aspects of Inorganic, water, environmental and some aspects of physical chemistry. I am currently into green synthesis of coordination and organometallic compounds from green (waste products /materials) and biological materials, exploring their applications.  Fertilizer formulation and application as plant nutrients from synthesized complexes is another ongoing research area. I am looking for seriously minded research students in these areas to join my ‘vital research group’ for a sustainable future.
