Engr. Dr. Kamtu, Peter M. was appointed as the Coordinator of the Department by the Vice Chancellor in March, 2021. He holds a B. ENG (HONS) Mech/Prod. and M. ENG (Production), from AbubakarTafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and Federal University of Technology, Minna respestively. Engr. Dr. Kamtu, Peter M is a Corporate Member of Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and he is registered with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), R. . Engr. Kamtu, Peter M worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Metallurgical Engineering of Plateau State Polytechnic, BarkinLadi from 2006 to 2014. Engr. Kamtu, Peter M is currently a holder Ph.D from University of Agriculture,Makurdi Nigeria. His area of research interest is Tribology (Analysis of Biolubricant in Metal forming).
