Patrick, Paul Panle. Is a Lecturer with the Department of Social Science Education, Library and information Science Unit, Faculty of Education, University of Jos, Nigeria. He obtained an NCE from Federal College of Education Pankshin, in the year 1997. He later obtained his first degree certificate in Library and information Science, from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, in the year 2008. He then proceeded to University of Nigeria Nsukka to obtain a Master's degree, in Library and Information Science in the year 2006. He had 14 years working experience both in the Library and in the Department of Social Science Education, University of Jos, as a Librarian and later as a Lecturer. He has many articles published in online journals. His area of interest in my studies is e-learning.
