ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR M.Phil/Ph.D:
For M.Phil/Ph.D., candidates with an MSc. MURP, M.Tech Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a Cumulative Score Average of above 60% from a recognized University.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR M.Sc.:
Candidates for M.Sc. Urban and Regional Planning (URP) Programme must possess a good Second Class Honours Degree in Geography or Planning. A Third Class Degree or its equivalent and appropriate Postgraduate Diploma (in URP, Building, Estate Management or Architecture) from a recognized University with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience.
