Nomination to Participate in Assets Declaration Strict Compliance Training

NOMINATION OF STAFF TO UNDERGO THE MANDATORY TRAINING ON STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH ASSETS DECLARATION AND CODE OF CONDUCT ORGANIZED BY THE CODE OF CONDUCT BUREAU (CCB)

This is to inform members of the University community that the Vice-Chancellor has approved that some categories of Staff should undergo the 2^nd batch of mandatory training on Strict Compliance with Assets Declaration and Code of Conduct organized by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB). This follows the successful conduct of the 1^st batch of the mandatory training which took place between Monday, 18^th and Tuesday, 19^th December, 2023.

Consequently, the Vice-Chancellor has approved the nomination and scheduling of the following categories of officers and members of staff to participate in the mandatory training exercise as follows:

1.       CATEGORY A

ii.                   Deans

iii.                  Directors

iv.                  Heads of Departments/Units in Academic Planning and Management

v.                   Heads of Departments/Units in Advancement Office

vi.                  Heads of Departments/Units in Bursary Department

vii.                Ag. Head of Procurement/Heads of Departments/Units in Procurement

viii.               Heads of Departments/Divisions/Units in Registry

ix.                  Ag. Chief Security Officer/Heads of Departments/Units in the Division
