NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF SENATE, CONGREGATION AND CONVOCATION

Members of the University of Jos Community are hereby invited for Special Meetings of various organs of the University to elect representatives on the 14th Governing Council of the University of Jos.

Members of Senate will hold their 3rd Special Meeting for the 2019/2020 Academic Session as follows:

DATE:       Thursday, 29th July, 2021

TIME:        10.00am

VENUE:     Senate Chambers, Senate/Administrative Building, Naraguta Campus

AGENDA: Election of Senate Representatives in Council

 

Similarly, Members of Congregation will hold a Special Meeting as follows:

DATE:        Wednesday, 4th August, 2021

TIME:         10.00am

VENUE:      Multipurpose Auditorium, Bauchi Road Campus

AGENDA: Election of Congregation Representatives in Council

Please, note that Congregation consists of Staff of the University of Jos with a Degree from any recognized University and all Academic Staff.

 

Members of Convocation will also hold a Special Meeting as Follows:

DATE:        Thursday, 5th August, 2021

TIME:         10.00am

VENUE:     Multipurpose Auditorium, Bauchi Road Campus

AGENDA: Election of Convocation Representative in Council

Please, note that Convocation consists of all persons who hold any valid certificate from the University of Jos.

 

Note also that all COVID-19 Protocols will be strictly observed at all venues of the various meetings.
